Lock your Rims !

At least two vehicles have had their wheels stolen in the previous 10 days. In both cases, the vehicle was in the driveway of the residence, and it was left on landscaping type bricks.

Are your rims attractive, after-market?

Please protect yourself by locking your wheels, or by parking the vehicle in an a closed garage !

Vandalism

There has been a serious problem in our neighborhood with vandalism. This includes graffiti on fences and mailboxes, as well as damaging community playground equipment. The Timberhills Homeowners Association Board of Directors tries to repair and remove as much as possible, However, everything costs money. That money comes from the Timberhills and Sunset Ridge West homeowner's maintenance fees. We try to keep costs to a minimum, using volunteer labor, often done by Board members themselves, but some repairs must be done by outside sources and can be costly.

We also want to keep our neighborhood clean, safe, and attractive, and we need everyone's participation to maintain this community as an enjoyable place to live. Every homeowner is a member of the Timberhills Homeowner's Association. Every resident of Timberhills and Sunset Ridge West is a member of this community, whether you are the homeowner or not! This includes those renting houses owned by off site owners. Parents, this also includes your kids! Pay attention to what they are doing. Let them know that their behavior has consequences. If you or your kids see someone destroying or damaging property, it should be reported to law enforcement immediately.

This is YOUR MONEY that is being used to make repairs. If the destruction of property continues, it may be necessary to raise your maintenance fees next year to cover the costs! We DO NOT want to do this. We need your help. It is everyone's neighborhood. Graffiti and other types of vandalism are considered destruction of property and cannot be tolerated.
